Axe Vale Arts

Axe Vale Arts was set up in 2025 to develop and run an arts programme in the old Methodist Chapel in Axbridge. We have acquired the building for 12 months on a license from the church with a view to purchase it should the project prove to be a success. We are developing a programme of performing and creative arts. This includes live music, theatre, spoken word as well as art and music workshops. We are looking for volunteers to help us make this vision a reality. Having experience in developing similar projects or skills in project management, marketing, fund raising, arts procurement, venue management would be great assets to bring to the team. As important is having the time, commitment, adaptability and resilience to invest in the project as this is not a journey for the faint hearted. If you would like to know more please contact us.
