Charity Trustees needed

We are looking for commitment to our cause. AuSomer exists to reduce social isolation among the Autistic community, to bring the community together and engender change of perspective in the County to that of acceptance. We will be working with all aspects of the Autistic Community, from working with Autistic children and Adults, their siblings, where they are under 18, Autistic parents and neurotypical parents and carers of Autistic people where relevant.

The role itself is not onerous but will be around bringing ideas, perspective and initiative, whilst ensuring the Charity stays on track in relation to the Charitable Purposes stated in the constitution. Naturally, a Trustee for AuSomer will also be an advocate for the Autistic Community.

We are looking for someone who is Autism positive. The Trustee posts are for a year from the date of the AGM this post will end at the next AGM in September 2021 but may be renewed subject to all parties being in agreement.
