Detailed description
The Yeovil & District Branch of Cats Protection is looking for a volunteer for the position of Lost and Found Manager. This involves managing the lost and found team, scanning stray cats, dealing with people via facebook, e-mails and on the telephone. An ability to work in a team and to deal sympathetically with the public is essential.

Each year, the Yeovil & District Branch of Cats Protection: Helps cats and kittens in the Yeovil area including Ilchester, Somerton, Langport, Chard, Crewkerne, Ilminster, Martock, South Petherton, Stoke-sub-Hamdon and many other villages. Re-homes cats and kittens. Neuters and spays many cats and kittens. Assists families on low income or who receive benefit to neuter or spay their cat or kitten. Runs a lost and found register. Provides information and leaflets on cat care free of charge.
