We are looking for volunteers to support our Frome Youth Club, we are open 2 evenings a week, Monday and Wednesday from 7pm - 9pm (Term Time Only)
We are actively seeking volunteers to help support Frome Youth Club.
We welcome volunteers able to positively engage with the young people of our community.
Our Youth Club programmes combine learning, challenge and enjoyment.
Each session is a planned programme of positive activities, designed to develop life and social skills, increase confidence and resilience and help young people move away from any harmful behaviours.
We hope to build a team of volunteers interested in Arts, Dance, Crafts, Sports, Cooking, Gaming and Music.
We want young people to develop hobbies that will last a lifetime, enrich their lives and the lives of others. We run inclusive sessions where everyone is welcome.
No experience or specialist knowledge is required only passion to make a difference.
We support volunteers with supervision & training, DBS checks where necessary, Expenses, ID badge and YMCA hoodie. We also offer training courses for ongoing volunteers: Introduction to Youth Work & Level 2 & 3 Youth Work Development.
