A support volunteer for a young person's nurture group. The members will have accessed mental health support through the Balsam Centre.
We are looking for a compassionate and nurturing volunteer with an understanding of mental health to support our project worker to create a safe space where young people can socialise and build connections. The group takes place every Wednesday from 4-6pm. Activities may include cooking, craft and mindfulness. The group members will be young people who have accessed mental health services at the Balsam Centre.
