We are looking for charitable and volunteer organisations to raise their profile at Glastonbury’s Coronation Extravaganza in Glastonbury Abbey.
As part of the ‘Big Help Out’, requested by His Majesty the King, we will be offering charitable and volunteer organisations a free stall to spread the message of their work and recruit volunteers for their organisations.
There are 15 stalls available which will be issued on a first-come-first-served basis with a preference toward organisations and charities local to Glastonbury and its immediate environs.
1 x 6ft Trestle table will be provided in the Marquee area.
Stalls must be non-commercial and no donations toward your organisation can be taken in order to comply with Glastonbury Abbey’s rules.
We require a copy of your current Public Liability Insurance and a completed Risk Assessment with the completed application.
