Treasurer to join our Board of Trustees as we seek to expand our facilities and range of activities of our Men's Shed

SLaMS is a small (currently <£25K annual turnover) charity, See our Annual Reports on The Charity Commission website for details of what we do.

We are now looking for a new Treasurer/Trustee to join our board of trustees as we move forward with our plans to expand our facilities and activities in Bridgwater, ensuring that the Shed is sustainable and enduring .as we reach out to more people at risk of social isolation

In addition to the usual duties of a Treasurer, you will make an impact through your contributions at Board level and in day-to-day dealing with our Shed members. This is both a strategic and a hands-on role, as we encourage all our trustees to engage with members in Shed activities. You will gain much from interaction with a diverse group of people, and your involvement at both strategic and operational levels will make a difference to the lives of those who attend.
