Somerset Child Contact Centres runs eight child contact centres in Somerset and North Somerset
Somerset Child Contact Centres is a registered charity that runs eight child contact centres accredited by the National Association of Child Contact Centres. Our centres provide safe and monitored spaces for parents and children to meet after family separation. Our centres are: Bridgwater, Chard & Ilminster, Clevedon & Nailsea, Frome, Taunton, Wincanton and Yeovil. Each centre is open on two Saturdays a month for two-hour sessions, either from 10 am to 12 noon, or from 2 pm to 4 pm. The sessions are each centre are led by a coordinator and supported by volunteers. This volunteering opportunity offers an enjoyable and worthwhile experience for someone interested in supporting family ties and reducing the stress caused by family separations.
