Providing support to patients or loved ones that have been diagnosed with Dementia or going through the process at organised courses/workshops.
This is a 10 week programme 16th Feb - 27th April providing support to patients that have already been diagnosed with Dementia or going through the process.
Meeting and greeting patients/carers.
Offering support to patients or loved ones.
Supporting patients at organised courses/workshops.
