The Minehead Bay Festival of art, culture and music is back on 31st August. We are looking for willing, friendly volunteers to help us marshal this event!
No experience needed - all training will be provided.
We are looking for willing, friendly volunteers to help marshal this 1-day festival. All you need is a friendly face!
As a volunteer marshal, you will be on duty for 2 hours and placed in locations around the festival where you'll help attendees with any questions they may have, report any incidents to the event manager and generally be the eyes and ears for the event managers on the ground.
You do not need to perform any first aid.
You will enjoy free hot drinks and snacks to say thank you for your help! You'll also experience the joy of helping out at a free, positive community event, with the chance to meet local people from your own community and forge new friendships.
All equipment (high vis jackets, radios etc) will be provided.
