Volunteers are the heart of our club, helping us build a supportive community where every young person feels valued. • Talk, play, and build positive, trust-based relationships with young people acting as a positive role model and a reliable, trusted sounding board, offering encouragement and an active, non-judgmental listening ear.
  • Help keep the club environment secure, clean, and welcoming for everyone. Promoting a respectful, atmosphere and helping to monitor the safety and well-being of all attendees in accordance with our safeguarding policies.
  • Share feedback with the youth work team before and after sessions
