Detailed description

Can you offer your time to prevent people from feeling lonely and isolated? Maybe you're looking to become more involved with your local community?

If this sounds like you, we need your help!

We are offering you the opportunity to help older people in your community live later life well. We run weekly groups for people aged 55+ and are looking for Volunteers to get involved for a few hours a month, whenever it suits YOU!

Perhaps you’d like to contribute a couple of hours to fundraise? Maybe you’d like to take part in a weekly lunch club serving freshly cooked meals to our members?

We know that your time is precious so we will work with you to make sure you get the most out of your experience with us. From working directly with the groups and running your own sessions, to representing the scheme at local events are many aspects of the organisation you can choose to get involved with!

If you are a good communicator who shares our values of helping eliminate loneliness in older people, get in touch.
