Come along to the Forest of Selwood's Meadow Restoration Project Volunteer day and discover how you can help restore and care for meadows around your local area.

Meet at the Butterfly Bunds near the community sauna (Wild Shed Sauna) in Abbey Park
What to Expect
🦋 Take part in a butterfly survey — a fun, hands-on way to record wildlife living in the meadow
🌿 Help with practical meadow restoration work using hand tools
🤝 Meet the project team and fellow volunteers
📋 Learn about our meadow restoration plans
📅 Find out how you can get involved throughout the year
No previous experience is needed. Whether you're a seasoned naturalist or completely new to wildlife surveying, everyone is welcome.
