Volunteers required for various roles within the Best Before Food Store to support the people of Wellington and Rockwell Green.
Various jobs available including -
- Food Management
- Co-Shopper
- Receptionist
- Check Out
- Stewarding
- Children's play worker
- Refreshments
- Befriender
Volunteers generally work a 4 hour shift on a Tuesday, with various start times of day depending the role being undertaken.
Volunteers can opt to work as often per month as they are available, although most people commit to twice per month
Full induction and training will be provided, with the opportunity for gaining an NVQ Level 2 in food handling and allergy awareness.
