We would like to diversify our Governance so if you don’t feel you are represented here but feel you could contribute to our mission, please get in touch.

Our rules dictate that we can have a maximum of 12 trustees at any given time.
SUPPORT & ACCESS
If you're interested in joining us but you feel daunted by a lack of experience in a role like this, please let us know. It may be possible for one of our existing trustees to support you.
If you feel you may have any barriers to access please let us know as we would like to do everything we can to make it easier for trustees to attend meetings.
WHAT DOES A CHARITY TRUSTEE DO?
Charity trustees are the people who share ultimate responsibility for governing a charity and directing how it is managed and run.
Wassail’s board of trustees currently meet once every three months to discuss the charity’s performance with the management team. Meetings are held online via Zoom. Trustees also provide support for the management team on an ad hoc basis outside of these formal meetings.
