“The only wrong move when it comes to digital transformation is not to make any move at all”
- Didier Bonnet – Senior VP Capgemini
We are specialists in our field, we are pioneers in the delivery of our care and services, and we look over the horizon.
We live our mission to ensure that everyone has access to outstanding palliative and end of life care, we promote our vision for a society where death is a part of life, and we recognise that for these things to remain, some things have to change.
We have big ideas and bold plans, and we have great people in place to deliver our strategy. But one thing is missing. YOU!
YES YOU!
You, who can demonstrate a successful history of delivering digital transformation within an organisation.
You, who can pull through and share your network of people who can understand and enhance the digital challenges in a health and social care environment.
You, who is imaginative and innovative and can transform creative thinking in to logical application.
You, who is committed to driving us forward whilst never forgetting our fundamental purpose: our patients, their families, their carers, our staff, our volunteers, our people.

We give care and support to patients and their families in Bath and north east Somerset and parts of Wiltshire and Somerset, whenever they need it; at home, in the hospice, or at one of our outreach centres. We respect the uniqueness of each patient and their family, and empower them to choose the type of care they receive.
