Detailed description

Time commitment flexible, add your name to our rota when you are available. Hours 9.30am to 5pm, weekends, (also Wednesdays and Thursdays in the summer months). Serving customers on our modern till system. Excellent opportunity for those wanting retail experience.

Huge free car park next to station building. East Somerset Railway situated 3 miles east of Shepton Mallet, signposted off A361 Shepton Mallet to Frome road.

As well as hands-on, practical work maintaining our railway line and our steam locomotive and Signal Box restoration projects, we require public facing roles during the summer season such as Guards, Travelling Ticket Inspectors, Shop and Ticket Office staff.
